“My son got sick and threw up all over my carpet, and I was sure the stains would never come out. NY Steamers did such an amazing job and got everything out, including the smell. My carpet looks clean and fresh again. They were professional, reliable, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with the results. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend NY Steamers!”
“The best! High end and light/colorful rugs. Got stains out that I’ve tried many times to remove on my own. Quick, professional and very good at communication.
Picked up and dropped off. Their pricing is excellent. I called multiple places and by far the best.”
“I had both cleaning and small repair work done, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The rug had loose edges and heavy dirt buildup that regular vacuuming couldn’t fix. They picked it up from my home and handled everything off-site, which I actually prefer for this type of work. When the rug was returned, the edges were secured neatly and the overall look was dramatically improved. It still feels authentic and aged in a good way, just clean and stable. It’s clear this company treats rugs as craft pieces, not disposable items.”
