Worked with Adam in the downtown Syracuse area today. I live in a condo complex and did not know where the main water shut off was for my individual unit, which left open the possibility that we were going to have to shut off everyone's water. Adam showed up and said he was "on a mission" to not do that - and proceeded to help me find my shut off (behind the stove), hook up a new fridge, and fix a running toilet all within an hour. Super helpful, professional, and quick. Highly recommended.
Arrived right when they said they were going to and had the part we needed to fix our problem. They walked us through everything they were doing as they did it and answered all my questions. Don and Adam had great senses of humor and were very professional and knowledgeable. AP will be our first call for future plumbing needs.
I had a great experience with AP Plumbing! I had to get my sump pump replaced and Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I would recommend and definitely go back to AP Plumbing with any other plumbing issues I might have in the future!
