“You have no idea what they have done for me. I called and they took me at my preferred time. I initially said I want a full service for 2 dogs but I decided to take the third one. I was trying to figure out how I was going to take them to their facility, because I have difficulty walking. I called and I spoke to the owner and he said no problem. I will come and pick them up. He came with such joy and took my babies groomed them so beautifully and delivered them back to me. This is such a blessing. Guys, you have no idea what this meant to me. “We love the team at Biscuits and Bath Yorkville! Clementine has been going here for more than 2 years and she is always excited to go. The entire team is wonderful, warm and professional. She especially enjoys all the care, cuddles, and love Gigi and Ashley give to her. They are very communicative and helpful. However, pricing has not been transparent with multiple increases within the year.“

I have a very aggressive and large dog and they so kindly squeezed me in when he started limping. They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. I had been dreading coming in to get the help he needed because of his aggression. I’m so incredibly glad I came. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!!!

“I took my dog to a new groomer today and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly cared about making dogs feel comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was the open-concept setup — you can actually see all of the grooming stations, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve been to places before where the grooming happens completely in the back, so the transparency here was a huge plus. Another thing that stood out was that they sent me pictures and videos throughout the grooming process, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to see how comfortable and well cared for he was during the appointment.
When I picked Milo up, he looked fantastic — clean trim, soft coat, and trimmed nails. He also seemed relaxed and happy afterward, which says a lot because grooming appointments can sometimes be stressful.

- Facility is kept immaculate without feeling sterile.
- Very transparent pricing.
- Their “Fear Free” handling can really make a difference, especially for older or vulnerable cats that can actually get sicker from stress.
- Management and staff have always been responsive to even minor feedback.
- Handling of insurance is seamless. Never have to even think about it.

After 5+ years of having 3 cats at Heart of Chelsea (2 routine/healthy cats, one who went through an uncommon illness) we couldn’t be happier and have never been disappointed.

It’s a 25 minute trip for us, but easily worth it.

If you want to keep a healthy pet healthy, or have excellent, expert care for an aging or ill pet, I highly recommend Heart of Chelsea.

“Happy Cat Hotel is an incredible place. The staff members are all completely sweet and treated my cat like a member of the family! I was able to view my cat on the web cam and watch her as often as I could. The stay was less stressful on her and the attention they gave her made her feel like she never left home. “Had a very good visit with Dr bardari. My dog had some very vague symptoms and the dr came to a very likely diagnosis of low grade pancreatitis. She made him more comfortable with fluids and an anti nausea meds and he is back to himself.“

They followed up with a phone call first thing the next day when they were open with patience and understanding of my dog’s situation. The person at the front desk was nice, however I would not recommend coming here for a groom unless you’re okay with extremely variable/not locked in pricing. Dropped off my dog (10 lbs) with the expectation that the groom cost would be around $110 + $15 for a deep teeth clean. Picked her up and was charged $175 instead, $50 more than expected and still before tip. I’m no stranger to slight price increases based on fur type but this was much more significant with little to no explanation. Seems like a nice place overall but just wanted to share so no one else gets stuck with a much larger bill than they planned for!“
