“Lex is hands down the best groomer. She used to bathe and cut our dog who sadly passed last year. As he got older, she’d take her time and go at his pace because he would have to sit down on her table and take breaks from standing while she was cutting him. She has the kindest heart and is so talented and knowledgeable. Now we bring our new puppy to her and he loves her too. I trust her and her employees completely. She’s honest and sweet and funny and it’s so nice to see her and the other groomers get excited to see our pup when he goes in for his bath and haircut. She’s excellent and I highly recommend her. Yesterday was my first time here with my girl who would shake like a leaf at the groomer I previously took her to for several years. I wanted to try somewhere new to see if she'd have the same shakes and anxiety, and as much as she did when we walked in, after I picked her up, it dissipated quickly. I attribute this to the very calm atmosphere. She was not put in a cage when I dropped her off, there weren't dogs waiting in cages for their turn, it was quiet and she was laying on the floor like a queen when I picked her up - looking so gorgeous I might add! My dog has gone to a previous shop where it was a mad house and took three hours for a groom whereas Mario takes half the time and provides exactly what I was asking for. I have a very aggressive and large dog and they so kindly squeezed me in when he started limping. They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Besides from doing a fantastic job, I really appreciate how quick and communicative they are! They send you a text about 20 minutes before they’re completed so you can pick your pet up right as they finish and you don’t have to worry about your pet waiting around in a cage or anything, which I love. Hank is a little shy but he always has a big smile when he comes home from the Groomer’s (and he smells and looks amazing)! Another bonus is the really adorable bandanas he gets everytime!“
