“I started training with Sifu Kevin and Sifu Keith when I was around 17 years old. For me it was a life saver. It kept my mind right and off the streets and it has helped me to be a better man, father, husband, son, and Marine. I walked in a street punk to Sifu's gym and was quickly humbled and because of my Sifu's I have learned more than just the punching and kicking aspect of Muaythai and Kung-Fu but the what the Martial Arts is really all about, and that is mental and spiritual fortitude.
