This is one of the best decisions anyone can make, however this is serious training. The instructor is excellent and trains you physically, mentally and tactically. I’ve done both group and private training with Avi, everything including the scenario based combat skills were insane and invaluable. We are so lucky to have him and his center available to us. These are life skills and I encourage anyone to take some classes.
