Super family oriented and provides great programming for kids and adults! I’ve never had to think so little about weight loss, it comes with the territory here. This is a team of dedicated staff like I’ve never seen before managing hundreds of students across all age groups. Their format is safe, effective and motivating. Highly recommend!

My son Age 6 started out shy and unsure.But within a month I saw a change in him. He became more outgoing and confident. He learned quickly and all the teachers were supportive and engaging. Clean friendly welcoming environment. All the parents were also very friendly and kind.
