My son has been coming to High Performance since May 2021 for tae kwon do. I was overwhelmed with the choices of martial arts and schools in the area. I could not be happier with High Performance. Master Marvin and the junior instructors there regularly are top notch. Classes are organized and the schedule is accommodating. My son also has started jiu jitsu recently there 2x a week. They have seasonal championships and monthly Friday Fun Nights, all which my son begs to take part in. My son's confidence and discipline has improved substantially. We would highly recommend High Performance Martial arts to anyone looking to get themselves or their children into Taekwondo or Jiu Jitsu.Our child has improved incredibly in terms of discipline, strength and tenacity in and out of class.The instructors and masters are so caring and go the extra mile to ensure the children are progressing whilst still having fun!It is a family run business and they treat everyone as part of their martial arts family with gatherings in summer and during the holidays.Would give it more then 5 stars if we could!

Absolutely Happy about everything this place does. I am so glad i chose High performance martial arts in Rockville centre. My son loves taek won do and especially Instructor Marvin. The staff is very helpful and friendly . Thank you for always taking care . Highly recommend if you are looking .
