“Honestly, I am delighted!These guys are super organized, they know what they are doing, and they will help you with any kind of issue with your device. My strong recommendation!Their job is not easy at all, since they have to deal with a great number of reclamations, cranky people, different characters, and absorb our negativity that we bring during our visits. Basically, they mitigate our stress.They accept both devices bought in Best Buy and those bought somewhere else.With annual membership (around $180) they will fix any kind of problem you are faced with. I think that is the best option, rather than paying a one time amount. And that is how much I paid for crashed OS on my laptop and reinstallation of the same one. In that way I am covered for another year if something else occurs. That's a great bargain, you have to admit. On top of that, they saved all of my data from the laptop, which is amazing!Windows 11, Adobe, MS Office Package...they reinstalled everything.Way to go, guys!Paperwork is also super fast, basically they just need your phone number and email.Just make sure you make an appoitment in advance by the phone.Waiting time did not exist when I was there: on Saturday afternoon I was there by myself (Northern Blvd in Queens). In and out in less than 30 minutes.And, believe it or not, they called me on Sunday evening to pick it up. My problem with the laptop was solved in 24h, truly amazing!!!Thumb up for Jamie from Geek Squad team who was super kind to me, who is a good listener, and problem solver.They are open until 8pm, but please double check business hours of Best Buy store in your area.Restrooms for customers are on premises.Plenty of parking lots in front of the building.The best way to reach Best Buy at Northern Blvd is with a car, or by using bus Q104, Q101, or R train.“

“Anyone can say that they run an honest business, but the employees at Fix And GO show it! I brought my phone in with extremely extensive damage. Youssef gave me the free diagnostic test and discovered that there was serious damage to certain components. He then spent days ordering parts and attempting a difficult fix, and when things didn't work out (not his fault, but due to the damage of the phone), he refused to accept any payment for days of work. The whole time, he answered my phone calls and even showed me the workings of my phone to explain what he was doing. These are the honest people that you want working on your precious devices. I will definitely go back to Fix and GO if need help with my phone again!

“I used uBreakiFix 3 times this year for the first time. GREAT convenient and SUPER helpful service.(there's a small bunch of locations throughout the 5 boroughs.)

I recommend calling ahead of time and verifying that they have the parts, the price and can fix your device(s).

Once the part(s), price and time are confirmed you can just head into a location and drop your phone off.

You will need to allow for about 10 to 20 minutes once you arrive because other customers may be dropping off their phones and need to be logged into the system and pay which takes about 5 to 10 minutes a customer.

My Samsung phones have a repair mode which allows them to repair your phone without going into or seeing your personal data. You should hopefully not have to backup any data.

My repairs were not severe....2 cracked backs of 2 of my phones got repaired....and my sons PS5 HDMI port was repaired as well. Thank you guys for all your help! Happy New Year!!!“

I had a cracked screen protector and the team here was able to replace it in no time flat. My phone case was also getting a bit worn out, and thankfully they had a full inventory of different cases to choose from. They suggested a durable case that they fitted me with. Super helpful.
