    I've been coming to this Best Buy since 2018 and I've always had pleasant experiences. I can only think of one time where it took like two hours to buy a Samsung Galaxy Phone and they had us there way past closing time, but the employee was very nice and didn't rush us through the process of setting up the phone. I went in the other day to pick up an online order, it was ready in exactly an hour. Every single person we spoke to had a smile on their face and was very nice and helpful, and they all wished us happy holidays.     Honestly, I am delighted!These guys are super organized, they know what they are doing, and they will help you with any kind of issue with your device. My strong recommendation!Their job is not easy at all, since they have to deal with a great number of reclamations, cranky people, different characters, and absorb our negativity that we bring during our visits. Basically, they mitigate our stress.They accept both devices bought in Best Buy and those bought somewhere else.With annual membership (around $180) they will fix any kind of problem you are faced with.     The product performs great but my issue is with the total care geek squad service. My machine has been broken for 3 weeks! Geek squad has been unresponsive since my 2nd service request as the machine broke within a day of having the drain pump replaced. The 2nd technician that came to fix it was unprepared after the issue was explained at length to customer service. To date I requested a call from a supervisor and no response and both my appointments have been cancelled. To say the least this has been an utter disappointment!
