HectechFix
“Amazing service! My Gigabyte 3080 Ti randomly started short circuiting my PSU. I researched a bunch of places in the NYC area and received crazy expensive quotes, enough to make my consider shelling out money to buy a new GPU.
Thankfully when I called HectechFix and described the issue, they gave me a 3 day turnaround, and a solid price in the quote. On that 3rd day, they contacted me with an update on ordering parts to fix the power stage failure issue. On the seventh day, I got another message with a video showing it was testing and working. Turns out, it was a failed MOSFET chip.
In less than a week, these guys came through, quickly diagnosed my issue, and got to work. Typing this from my now working again PC. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Delayed because they were sent the wrong part at first, but very transparent and helpful. I got my keyboard replaced and I'm very happy!”
