TLDR: Leo & Chris were great. No Qs asked, replaced and refunded my original cracked screen purchase. 5-stars for service. Thank you!I wasn't a fan of the non-OEM iPhone screen replacement part (for me it really hurt my eyes and was causing battery issues) but that was bc I was trying to go the cheap, 3rd party route. Works for some folks but didn't for me.

Adam at the Queens Point location was an incredible service technician! Huge potential. I am a Navy Veteran and work as Human Resources/ Talent Consultant, so I know talent. Adam was attentive, patient, friendly, and an accommodating agent. It's important reward great work!

I had called uBreakiFix earlier in the day. I described the problem I was having with my PS4. Christian said to bring it in and he'd take care of it. Christian immediately greeted me upon entering the store. I handed him the PS4 and 3 hours later, it was running like a dream! A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! Highly recommend UBreakiFix and especially Christian!!
