I came looking for guidance on a phone I wanted. Not only was I given the treatment I deserved but I ended up carrying my new phone with me. Customer service and professionalism go hand in hand. Willie is an exact person and very professional in his work, he was very honest. The atmosphere is very clean and cozy, I recommend it

Overall, great experience. Willy was very clear about the repair process and is very accommodating for customer needs. The only issue is that the hours need to be updated as I showed up at times the website said that they were open, yet they were closed. Otherwise, no complaints.

I had a great experience here! The staff were very friendly, and they gave me realistic expectations for how long it would take to get my phone repaired (i.e. they said it would be ready at 3:00, and it was). Moreover, the problem with my phone turned out to be very easy to fix, and they opted not to charge me for such a minor job (it was their suggestion, not mine). Definitely a good place to go if you're having problems with electronics.
