Amazing service! My Gigabyte 3080 Ti randomly started short circuiting my PSU. I researched a bunch of places in the NYC area and received crazy expensive quotes, enough to make my consider shelling out money to buy a new GPU.
Thankfully when I called HectechFix and described the issue, they gave me a 3 day turnaround, and a solid price in the quote. On that 3rd day, they contacted me with an update on ordering parts to fix the power stage failure issue. On the seventh day, I got another message with a video showing it was testing and working.
