“We have been going to Kwon’s in Roslyn for a couple of years now and even though Great Neck is littered with martial arts schools, we chose to trek out to Kwon’s in Roslyn because of Master DK’s teaching style on positive reinforcement, attention to focus and details, and most importantly, challenging kids to push beyond their limits and understanding what true grit is. Now that Kwon’s opened a studio in Great Neck, that dreaded 40 min drive in rush hour traffic from GN to Roslyn has been trimmed to a 10 min drive with intimate smaller class sizes. Coach Joe is amazing with kids and both of my children look forward to going to their weekly taekwondo class.”

“PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MY REVIEW.<br><br>I almost didn’t come check out this gym because of the reviews below mentioning broken machines, dirtiness, etc.<br><br>This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve seen in Westchester considering the price. The bathrooms are CLEAN (no urine smell), the pool is clean, and the equipment is great. The machines are not brand new, but they work very well. I even saw an employee on standby fixing equipment immediately if needed.<br><br>The gym is organized, the weights are properly put away, and there is plenty of space to train comfortably.<br><br>So I honestly do not understand the negative reviews below, because this gym shows the exact opposite of what many people are saying.<br><br>For me, it’s definitely 5 stars.<br>Highly recommended.”
