“I went for a morning appointment for labs and yearly physical for Dr. Win. The receptionist was nice and helpful. It was my first time there and the check in time was quick. Less than 15 minutes passed before I was called to be checked on. Stella was a great. I didn't even get a bruise after she took multiple vials of blood (I did full blood test). Dr. Win was very informational. She explained a lot of things to me which was really helpful since I was a new patient. I liked the patient education. The physical was fast, and reassuring. Cons: I did not receive the usual reminder call beforehand. A bigger and clearer sign in the parking lot at the paystation showing the parking cost would be very useful. An older couple I encountered had difficulty and got stuck at the exit.“

“Dr. Justin Chen was thorough when he did a physical check to determine the cause of my Nay’s hip pain. What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.

Doctors who do not delegate calls to inform their patients regarding blood test results, like Dr. Chen and my PCP, undoubtedly distinguish themselves from the rest of their counterparts!Nowadays, they are rare!!

Before having consulted with Dr. Chen, I concluded that my PCP was the only doctor who calls to convey test results. My PCP belongs to my baby boomers’ generation. Dr. Chen is generations younger; hence, he’s a gem of a find in my book!“

“If you’re in need of physical therapy, I can’t say enough about Henry at the Reddy Care Physical and Occupational Therapy in Bayside. After years of physical therapy at various establishments with good therapists, I can honestly say that I haven’t had a physical therapist as great as Henry in a long time. Henry is patient, understanding, caring, attentive to each individual’s needs but most impressive is how he thinks on his feet in an instant. If something that worked yesterday isn’t working today, he modifies it in a blink of an eye. So you’re still getting that exercise in, just in a different way that can be tolerated.
