Based on the reviews, Vivo Infusion Bronx is a clean, warm, and friendly facility. The nursing staff, including Shelby and Ashley, take good care of patients during treatment. They are very professional, explained everything, and made sure patients were comfortable. The staff, including Kaylia, is friendly and accommodating. Patients felt at ease and had a positive experience, with one noting they miss the tropical music. It is the right place for treatment, and reviewers would definitely recommend them.
Very clean , spacious rooms , just a little more friendliness would be nice . Don’t Get me room , the nurses and staff were nice and respectfull to me and my mom . Maybe bc it was too early of the day to be more friendly .

I am very impressed with the Vivo Center located in the Bronx on Eastchester Road. Shelby the main nurse and Ashely who covered one evening are the best nurses. Kaylia and the other young lady who handles appointments are also the best. The facility is clean warm and friendly.
