I selfishly don’t usually leave too many reviews, but this one was well-deserved. I needed a rush, order to get a pair of suit pants tailored… They were comically large. I waited until the last minute, unfortunately, but I was well taken care of. The service was tremendous and very, very quick! Fully recommend them!

One of the most educated and precise barbers out there. I've never had my hair cut by Josh before, I was recommended to him by several colleagues who swear by him. He fit me in, as I was an "on a whim" walk in. He didn't rush and quite frankly gave me one of the best cuts I've had in YEARS. Took the time to explain care and training techniques since I went from extremely long hair to very short. I strongly recommend him, thank you Josh!
Best barber in Albany. Ron is my man. Very reasonably priced, never anything less than the highest quality haircut. Ron is the most professional and pleasant barber I've ever had, and is incredibly accommodating (which is remarkable given how busy he is). It's one of the things I'll miss most about Albany when I leave. This place is a total gem, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
It's been 12 yrs since I've gotten my haircut by Javier and it's still the same great work as before. I was reading a complaint on the reviews that the person couldn't get an appointment.... Well great work is worth the wait. The atmosphere is great, the rest of the staff is friendly and do great cuts as well. Overall this is the best shop in the Albany area and every time I fly back in I make sure to book my appointment so do yourselves a favor and book one.

This place is the best establishment for nails. I have been getting my nails done for forever and I have never worked with such kind beautiful people then with Sun nails. Mary and her staff are the best. I have short, stubby lashes that grow in weird directions with very hooded eyelids and my lash lift & tint with lash enhancement made all the difference. I also have blond, barely-there and thinning eyebrows and although I was extremely nervous, she gave me great brows - exactly how I personally wanted them - Not too angular and extreme. She really takes the time to do everything tailored to you. They last a while too as I am just booking my first touch up almost 2 years later. I have also had several facials and dermaplaning that leave you looking refreshed. I would not go anywhere else.

Been coming here for over a year, always for just a cut and overall color. This time tried partial highlights in the attempt to camouflage stubborn grays that tend to appear everey 3-4 weeks. The highlights came out beautifully! I was pleasantly surprised as every other salon I've tried, they've always come out brassy/orange. Without a doubt, I'll continue to come back!!!

My car broke down today in their parking lot, and they were SO NICE and kind to me. They let me keep my car there over night so that I could make my treatment at albany med that day and take care of it tomorrow. Next time my girlfriend wants her hair done im paying for it to be done there because of their kindness to a complete stranger.

I just had the most relaxing experience at barefaced studio. I received a dermaplane, facial and eyebrow wax while wrapped in a warm blanket cocoon.. my skin feels so soft and smooth and my skin tone is more even now. Definitely try them out if you like to feel fabulous!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage here. It was such a relaxing and calming experience. The people who took care of us were very accommodating and nice. The place itself was beautiful and they had nice soothing music on. They give you water when you’re done with the massage and they provide some trail mix to munch on!! We called with a problem in our lines, Ray came out an accessed the problem, very nice and professional. Another gentleman came out on another day with a camera, never contacted us or notified us that he was there. After calling the office again, due to the fact that we still have problems. Ray came out and snaked the line. Ray was apologetic for the previous tech. Ray saved the day, because if he didn't come out and acted professional and got the job done we would have gone somewhere else. Apex, you better appreciate the great employee you have in Ray.
This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you

Dr. Uhl was able to help me get back to being a college athlete even when we didn’t know what was wrong. He did a great job, he was very good at checking in and making sure that I was okay and seemed like he wanted me to understand the treatment beforehand in its entirety. His office staff, as well as himself, are also very nice and welcoming.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Milham since March for severe nerve pain in my back and arm. The combination of shockwave therapy, laser treatment, and massage therapy has made a huge difference. Three months ago, I could barely use my arm, and now I’m able to move it again. Dr. Milham was completely honest about my situation, explaining that nerve healing takes time, and he’s been right. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, I’ve made significant progress and was able to stop taking medication.
I’m approaching the end of my treatment and am very grateful for him and his staff. While I still have some recovery ahead, I’m definitely not where I was back in March, and I feel hopeful about continuing my healing journey.

Rachel is amazing! I had only experienced massage as a relaxation technique previously, I had no idea how much pain relief was possible. I began coming to Rachel for prenatal massage during a very painful pregnancy. Not only did she help provide relief from pregnancy pains with each massage, but she is extremely knowledgeable and caring and always looking for new ways to help clients live more pain free long term. I am so happy I found Rachel and Family Care Massage and continue to come regularly 1 year postpartum!

I will admit that I do not have the knowledge and background to understand acupuncture and evaluate the skill of an acupuncturist. One thing I do have, however, is an ability to evaluate the way a customer is taken care of and the caring and compassion of the practitioner. It is on these latter factors that I give Eric kudos. Having recently been to another acupuncture practice in the area that felt like an assembly line and where information was hard to get this practice is completely different. You are greeted at each visit by Eric, who performs your treatment and a brief interval history is taken. He explains what he is doing and answer his questions, fully and patiently. He also has recommended some other measures that he felt would be helpful for me. He has a sliding fee scale, which impressed me tremendously. The fees are very reasonable to begin with, and I’m sure he would not be judgmental if you chose the lower end of the scale.
I am trying to be patient waiting for improvement, but in the meantime, I look forward to my visits. I have confidence that he will be honest about whether he can be helpful or not.
Clarence has helped me with so many things, emotional and physical. Simply amazing.
