This is the 2nd time I've needed service (different problems) but I was very pleased with both visits. My tech, Michael, was great. Polite, thorough, explained what he was doing and why. The time scheduled was accurate, no waitingon my part. Initial visits are reasonable to high priced, but I'll have a follow up at no cost and he'll repeat product as needed. I definitely recommend.
