“In the fall of 2023, we hired Stockmohr to install a new roof (complete tear off and replacement of underlayment), new gutters, new soffit, new fascia boards and replace the vinyl siding. Everyone was amazing from our first meeting with Emmett to our final inspection with Doug and Dave. Before the work began we received the most detailed estimate I’ve ever seen! We originally planned on doing just the roof first but I’m so glad we decided to do it all at once. When Charles and his crew removed the old siding we had extensive water damage underneath. This meant that our project took a little longer but we are so happy with the results! When people come in our house they are always impressed with how warm it is (thanks to the new foam board insulation). We have had two major snow storms this winter and not one icicle off the roof, where we used to have many! We are so thankful to Stockmohr for making our 65 year old house feel brand new!“

“We chose Storm Roofing to do our tear-off roof in Cheektowaga, including removing an old unneeded chimney, removing some old box vents, and adding a ridge vent. We were pleased with his responsiveness to our request for an estimate, and his price was lower than other bids we requested. The project kicked off on-time, and everything was finished and clean by 1pm! New roof looks terrific, we now have great confidence in our new asphalt shingle roof. Tom is super-friendly and easy to get along with, his crew was polite, and did a pretty good job cleaning up. “We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks and helped us contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to review the claim, Collingwood was there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. When they opened the roof, rafter damage was found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company for us. There was also some siding that needed replacing. Larry gave us some suggestions to use existing siding to replace the damaged area and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. The additional cost was well worth the investment to the curb appeal of our home. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice our house looked.“

Awesome project timeframe--they arrived the day/time scheduled, site super was there throughout to answer any questions as work progressed. Care was taken by the workers to protect our next door neighbors' homes with coverings. They worked diligently to complete the job in 1 day as indicated to us. Cleanup was thorough and site super inspected and addressed any concerns we had. The dumpster was picked up timely early the next morning. “I originally contacted LJ Construction to get an estimate on replacing my roof. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. All of the workers were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up every night and did a great job. Lucas came and checked their work and made sure that I was happy. I then saw that they did bathroom and kitchen remodels. I had him give me a quote to install a totally new bathroom. I felt the quote was reasonable and I now have beautiful new bathroom! All of the workers were friendly, polite and SKILLED. They cleaned up every night and were very responsive to any requests I had. It was a joy to work with everyone. Again Lucas came out to make sure I was satisfied and was more than willing to address any concerns I may have had. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.“
