We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks and helped us contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to review the claim, Collingwood was there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. When they opened the roof, rafter damage was found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company for us. There was also some siding that needed replacing. Larry gave us some suggestions to use existing siding to replace the damaged area and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. Collingwood installed our siding several years ago. Larry was the only contractor who took the time to locate the wood-look vinyl siding that we wanted. Because of that positive experience, we called him several years later when we had roof damage and a leak during a storm.
