“I write this review without being asked and I also write this review coming from an individual that has been a part of real estate and new home construction since 2012.
I contacted Chris from a listing of a home on Richmond Ave in which he built a few years back. I was working within a tight budget during a period of rapidly increasing construction costs. We ironed out a few details and landed on a budget that had fit with what I was looking for AND I was able to add some things to the house that were very important to me the purchaser/consumer.
I had much reservation at first as I had never met Chris, and he had never met me. Fast forward to today and besides finishing up some punch list items from inspection, walk through, and receiving the official C/O. We have made it through this build with near flying colors. Any Whoopsies (which are bound to happen in new home construction) were minimal and we were able to communicate through them.
The first time I saw the house which was last week I absolutely LOVED it! I love the house. Chris and his entire crew - Bruce/Brittany, Tamraz, Johnie, and everyone else involved have taken care of this property as if it were their own.
I would and most likely will build again with Chris/Collegiate builders.”
