He even came back to my house to explain things in more depth and to show me more samples so that I could be very confident in the roofing materials that I’d be getting. He didn’t try to upsell me and was honest about what he thought I actually needed vs. didn’t need, and he explained the roof science behind his reasoning. “A coworker recommended. Aerial when I was getting estimates for my roof. He was very pleased with the work that they did for him. I am also very pleased that I went with Aerial Roofing. The replacement roof was expensive but that's the way it is 2023. Aerial worked with me to pick the best time for the project and showed up on time as expected. They had a large crew and completed my roof in 2 days. Tearing off a roof is a messy job, but they cleaned up my property after the first day and then did a very very thorough cleanup the second day upon completion. The roof looks great! I am certain it will last a very long time and that I won't have to worry about it ever again! I had a couple quotes for my roof, some spent minutes measuring and pricing - whereas House Crafters spent an hour with me asking why I’m doing my roof. Jeff spent time Strategically planning how to best install as I was doing solar. They weren’t interested in selling me a roof, they were invested in making sure I got what I needed. The install crew was first class - Harlan was awesome. Then they came back to inspect. And- the price never changed. It was what they said it was. I will never use another company. Neither house should you.“

A few houses down is having roofing and siding done, the weather isn't ideal as it's gotten pretty windy, and as a result a bunch of their scraps have blown around the neighborhood. “You can call and waste your time getting other estimates. But I would recommend calling thrifty. They showed up with the estimate. Not pretending to check things for literally hours. Came to my house. Explained what they do and already had the estimate. I had one company here for over 2 hours. The price was excellent. The work was great. They cleaned up everything as if they were never here. I got the estimate on a Saturday morning. I was not available another day. They were here doing my roof on Monday. Brian is very upfront and honest. To the point. Go ahead a call others but make sure you have them come last cause you will be signing the contract that day.“
