I was getting many quotes for two projects at two different addresses. One for a roof and skylight replacement on our rental home and a new knotty pine ceiling for our back patio. Andrew was honest in his quotes and quite personable. His quotes were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I elected to go with Expert Contracting. Pete and the crew that installed my roof did an excellent job and an even better job with cleanup! Andy and his team installed a new roof on my stucco house with two new additions and a covered porch. The roof lines were very complicated (lots of vaulted ceilings). Special roofing material was needed to connect the original roof lines with one of the new additions. Andy's roofing crew couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Seamless process from the bid to the install. Extremely professional, courteous and kind. Explained everything step by step. No hidden cost. The crew was respectful of our property, left it cleaned up everyday. Highly recommend!!!
