“From the first call to the last inquiry, Stockmohr has been top notch for my Knockout Style Window Replacement project! Mrs. Licata in the office was very helpful with setting up an appointment for a free estimate and answering my questions later in the process. Emmett showed up on time to our scheduled appointment, was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy during his visit to go over my needs/wants and their products. He was very patient with my inexperience and desire to understand the products and process in detail and even had me come into the store to see products in person. I was under time constraints due to grant funding and he made sure all those dates were met with time to spare. He even called 2 weeks prior to schedule the install days once the windows came in so I had time to prepare. The installation crew arrived on time, worked hard, and left the place just as clean as before they arrived. They were friendly and respectful for the duration of their work. The windows all look amazing and operate as they should. The new trim/finishings in and outside that came built into the price was an added selling point and made the final product look even better! Although they were not the lowest quote that I received (although reasonable in my opinion), I do feel they were the BEST company to pick seeing the responsiveness, follow through, quality of their product, and final install results. Overall, I had great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone for window replacement projects.”
