I called them after a severe snow storm when I needed to snow removal services. I didn't end up using them because I was able to flag down somebody else with a plow but they were courteous on the phone and were the only ones out o to the on many I called to call me back and put me on their list. I called back and canceled but they seem professional and were willing to help me in a bad situation. I will be calling them back this spring to perhaps contract for landscaping services with them.
It was my first time back to a salon in almost 2 years as I had a bad experience previously that left me with an infected ingrown toe nail that had to be removed.
This place is beautiful! Quiet and so clean! The pedicures are a dream and they take their time. I will definitely be going back!

They did a great job and my water tastes great too! I wish I would’ve done this sooner. I can drink the water from my regular faucet which I haven’t been able to in years. Bethany was so helpful in answering our follow up questions and the installer was very helpful too! Highly recommend.

A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!
The teachers are FANTASTIC, the parents are welcoming and the kids all get along and cheer each dancer on. Overall great dance studio and wonderfully priced.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My father, who is currently in hospice with stage 4 cancer, wanted a straight razor shave, and they made it happen in the most compassionate way possible. They went out of their way to help him inside and treated him with such care and dignity. Kayla was incredible, and our whole family is beyond grateful to everyone at 3 Dog Barber. It may have been just another cut to them, but it meant everything to us. We’ll never forget it.

I highly recommend Alliance Animal Hospital to those looking for compassionate and thorough veterinary care! Dr. Mineo has cared for our wheaten terrier since she was a puppy. Our dog has very sensitive skin and after months of frustration with her licking her paws at home, we brought our dog in for an exam. Dr. Mineo suggested allergy injections and within days we saw an improvement! I couldn’t believe the difference! The team at Alliance is always very professional and gentle with our dog. I’m always amazed at how Louise runs out of the car, excited to see her friends at Alliance, especially considering I have to carry her out of the car to go to the groomer! Thank you Dr. Mineo and everyone at Alliance Animal Hospital!
The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.
