When you walk in you feel like you are in a modern day artistic music museum. When you are in your loft you feel as though you are in a top-notch resort.Condition - there is not one square inch of my loft that is rundown or broken. I've stayed in places all over this country and lived in many homes in 4 states. I've lived in $1 million home and this feels like I'm in one when I am in my loft.Responsiveness and safety - everything is responded to that day for every issue you have. The driveways are plowed, everything is salted, walkways shoveled, and everything is always cleaned top notch. Every door is protected with a key fob and the parking lot is protected with cameras. You will never feel this safe renting.Location - the Loft is in the same building as a pub, Mexican restaurant, and an amazing coffee shop within 5 to 10 minutes you are on the 90, 400, or 190. If you walk out the front door you're walking right into Caz Park.People - I'm not sure what their screening process is here, but everybody here is of high character, kind, and extremely friendly. Absolute pleasure.Staff -Property manager - Stacy is a very genuine and kind person. Extraordinarily responsive and a complete pleasure to do business with. When they say family of services in their title, it's because of people like Stacy.Maintenance team member who cleans and keeps up the property - Meghan is a person I see on the way to my car often who never leaves me not better than I was. She always makes me smile and laugh, always positive, and brings a wonderful energy to the place. It feels like home around Christmas time when you see her putting up trees and decorating as if it was a home for all of us.Maintenance team member who repairs - Ron is always a pleasure to work with. If I have a challenge they are reaching out to me in a couple of hours and having it resolved that day as long as I am available, I’ve never seen anything like this. Recently they reached out to us to coordinate a time to change the air filters. Completely trustworthy and very proactive in making sure your experience is like no other.If you are in a season in your life where you are going to rent, there's nothing else to think about.
