Josh and his team anre amazing to work with! We worked with them as sellers and buyers. They were very responsive and respectful of our home and our time. They provided honest and accurate analysis of our home’s worth. Josh was upfront about our home’s biggest selling features and weak points and provided advice on how to make it shine. They priced our home fairly and gave good advice during the price negotiations. Some time later, we decided to buy a smaller home in this area and gave a pretty comprehensive list of our wants and needs.
