I could not have asked for a better experience working with Kristin to lease an apartment! The leasing agents and facility staff are all very kind, professional, and timely. The apartments are beautiful, high quality, and very clean. The leasing process was organized and efficient. Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend working with this group!
I’ve spent the past three years living in one of the TM Montante buildings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is wonderful and the views from the building are great. I love that there’s a restaurant right below.. it’s so convenient! The management company, including Travis, has been fantastic to work with!! Always responsive, attentive and prompt in handling maintenance requests. They were also very understanding and flexible with both my lease extension and my move-out date, accommodating my job schedule.
