“Our association, as a home buyer, with Jon Carvallo was brief, and yet long enough to learn what kind of realtor he is. Jon is a confident, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated realtor.
We stopped at an open house and had interest in seeing the house a second time. The listing agent informed us she could not represent the seller and the buyer and passed our name on to Jon to help us. Jon contacted us without delay, and was able to arrange for us to see the house the next day. We liked the house, but definitely had some hesitation if it was the right choice for us. With the market being as it is and offers needing to be in by a set day/time we felt overwhelmed by needing to make such a significant decision quickly. Jon provided us the information we needed to help us decide and in the end we chose to move forward. He was able to present our offer within the deadline and our offer was accepted. We were rather surprised to have our offer accepted since the selling agent and Jon had indicated that there was a lot of interest in the house and that it likely would be selling for more. In the end we were one of two viable offers and were in the fortunate position to be able to accommodate the sellers desire for a quick close which helped us.
Jon walked us through the next steps and throughout the process he, and Ashley, his transaction coordinator, kept us informed of what was happening and what we needed to do. We appreciated the frequent communication. Everything went smoothly, and we closed in about a month.
Jon did not help us with looking for a home so we cannot speak to that, however I would not hesitate to recommend him.“
