I found Jon via a referral and after interviewing a few other agents, chose him to work with to sell my home in Williamsville. Knowing I had missed the “summer season”, I was concerned about potential buyer interest and, of course, getting the best sales price I could – Jon reassured me that he could get things done and meet or beat my expectations.

Jon was able to list and sell my house with ease. He generated tons of foot traffic via mailers and a social media blitz that resulted in over 100 people at the only open house offered, 13 private showings and 8 offers. The photos and videography used were definitely a highlight of the marketing campaign utilized and definitely made the house stand out. My house was listed and solid in 8 days and I was able to negotiate a sale price of $50k over asking (13%) which set a sales record for my neighborhood.

The team Jon used/recommended to handle the actual closing (closing specialist and attorney) were awesome and made sure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. They were on top of everything every step of the way and made sure nothing fell through the cracks (which happens quite frequently in my experience). I did not have to worry about anything as I was in very good hands.
