Michael was very good to work with. He was very helpful walking through each step of the home buying process, that resulted in a successful closing within a tight timeframe in a highly competitive market. Michael is very knowledgeable about home construction and is able to describe in detail all parts of the home. He is excellent to work with. I highly recommend.
Michael Culeton is the best of the best. In this crazy market, he found us our dream home in under two weeks. He really honored our wish list and found several fitting properties for us to view. He makes himself available at all times, and this flexibility was everything. When does the man sleep!?As first time home buyers, he guided us every step of the way and made asking questions easy. He also has a network of professionals he recommended for the inspection, mortgage, and work we would want done on the house. At each viewing, he looked into every nook and cranny and called out any issues. He is very knowledgeable on what to look for and what to be aware of, on top of understanding the market trends and valuation. He didn’t just try to sell us into a property and run.
