“The SmartCentres in St. Catharines are split up into two, south of Fourth Ave (part 1) and nirth of Fourth Ave (pat 2). This part 1 has many more vendors, with larger vendors. The large vendors are: Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, Walmart, and Bestbuy. The smaller vendors are McDonald's, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, M&M Food Market, Feathery Pub, Bell, etc. There is no free WiFi. The mall is wheelchair accessible.
