Attempted clean out of clog in rain water underground water line, but after diligent attempts turned out to be a break in the line, with intrusion of tree roots and resulting build up of mud and debris. Technician then called in his Supervisor, who scoped the line and determined that a 30-35 foot section was completely clogged and replacement of that section would be only practical solution in light of the break. Both the technician and his supervisor were patient, knowledgeable, and informative, making everything clear as to what happened and what needed to be done. Very impressed with both, and the supervisor has provided a proposed contract for the replacement work.“

“My struggle began a few “daze” ago, with what I thought was a simple clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe. The clog was located in the pipe area, leading behind the wall, into the basement main outlet. So, I used my small snake auger, with my drill attached. I couldn’t clear the obstruction, no matter how hard I tried. Next, I go to Home Depot & rent a heavy duty, electric, auto-feed snake. After about 45 minutes of that madness, the snake’s tip finally snapped off, inside the 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Dang It!!! Fast Forward; The Home Depot rental department Guy suggested I give Advanced Sewer a call. Next day, Shawn shows up and runs a camera into the system, opens up the connecting pipe system in our basement, runs the snake and clears out what seemed like a century’s worth of hardened grease buildup.
