“Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. Because the tile transition followed a unique zig-zag pattern, we needed a completely custom solution.

They carefully removed the old saddle and custom-built a beautiful white oak reducer saddle that perfectly followed the contours of the transition.
