“Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. Worked in the heat all day, keeping his word that the floor would be done by the weekend. He laid out stains for us to make the final decision very quickly and made it easy. He sent us pictures of the progress made each day. He is dependable, professional, friendly, down to earth guy. We knew our house was in good hands. “Our kitchen floor came out so good, thank you! We went with Korlok Select tiles and also replaced our mouldings on the walls and cabinets along the floor. Everything looks perfect. We used Phil's Flooring for the installation and he is fantastic. Highly recommend LI Paneling and Phil.

Also this is a weird little detail to be excited about but Phil installed a lower profile room transition strip than we had before, and now our robot vacuum can finally get into the kitchen without getting stuck on the transition. Awesome bonus feature.“

“The red oak hardwood floors in the house I grew up in hadn’t been touched in over 50 years. I had removed some brick work that had housed an old coal stove that left the flooring black. Michael very clearly explained that the floors were old enough that the original wood could not be matched but he would do what he could if that was the case. The results almost brought me to tears when I saw the finished floors. The pictures speak for themselves. We met with Paul (one of the owners) who is very knowledgeable, and personable. He gave us a fair price and an impressive timeline on our bathroom renovation.

We cannot say enough good things about Rich (project manager), Andre and Misha; Laura in the office was also so helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Rich was a stickler for detail, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

We want to include a very special thanks to our new friend Andre! When you open your home up to strangers for a project, you never know what you're going to get. Andre is a multi-talented craftsman and his assistant Misha were amazing and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving each day, keeping the mess to a minimum.
