Royal Floor Sanding
“Luis has refinished my 63 y.o. bedroom floors over the last six months and they look brand new, put in a brand new oak flooring in my new kitchen reno and yesterday refinished my living room and hallway floors.
The attention to detail and quality of work is superb! Knowledgeable, friendly, GREAT prices and leaves your house immaculately clean afterwards like they were never there!
After seeing the work at our house, two of our friends have already used Luis for their own floors and are just as happy as we are with the outcome.
Do yourself a favor, if you’re looking to refinish your existing wood floors or installing brand new flooring, call Luis and get an estimate… You will not be disappointed!”

“I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom renovation. Juan and his team were professional, reliable, and paid incredible attention to detail from start to finish. The workmanship on the large-format tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, and finish work exceeded my expectations. They kept the work area as clean as possible, and took pride in making sure everything was done right rather than rushing through the job.
Throughout the project, Juan was easy to communicate with, answered my questions, and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the final result. The finished bathroom looks like something out of a high-end designer magazine, and the quality of the craftsmanship really shows.
If you’re looking for someone who is honest, meticulous, and delivers exceptional work at a fair price, I highly recommend Juan and his team. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects.”
