“Roma tile is great and Ronnie is the best. I bought kitchen floor and backsplash from Roma over a decade ago. Ronnie helped me pick out something to go with the cabinets I had ordered. When I had my upstairs bathroom done this year. I made an appointment to meet with Ronnie and I just let her pick out the floor and the wall tiles. I did not even look through the showroom and trusted Ronnie to make my choices. She even recommended a paint color for the bathroom and a paint color for my downstairs to cooordinate with the original kitchen floor tiles. Working with Ronnie is like working with my own private interior designer. I would recommend Roma and Ronnie 100%.“

We did a myriad of projects with Lou including: roofing, flooring, door installation, siding, Sheetrock/ etc. Lou & his team worked under extremely tight timelines & kept me apprised of the work throughout the process (I was not able to be present for the work). “Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. Worked in the heat all day, keeping his word that the floor would be done by the weekend. He laid out stains for us to make the final decision very quickly and made it easy. He sent us pictures of the progress made each day. He is dependable, professional, friendly, down to earth guy. We knew our house was in good hands. “The store is amazing they have the best of everything there. I ordered custom shower doors and the manufacturer made a mistake. Flora and décor normally won't take them back. The manufacturer was being very difficult and natalie, The front end manager helped me big time! She made a very difficult process extremely easy. She stood by me the whole way and ordered me the correct doors. Natalie is an asset to floor and decor to the point that I would make her a store manager for me tomorrow! I don't normally take the time to post a review but Natalie is worth more than I can thank her. This was the best store experience I have had anywhere ever. Thank you so much.
