Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. Worked in the heat all day, keeping his word that the floor would be done by the weekend. He laid out stains for us to make the final decision very quickly and made it easy....read full review

Rob of R&D was wonderful! Timely, friendly, and accommodating are words that come to mind! He was enthusiastic about our floors and it was nice to see someone who loved their job! We had our whole first floor and staircase sanded and stained! It was a major job. We knocked down walls and Rob had the job to match the existing 1963 1-1.5 inch white maple wood flooring in our dining room to the new kitchen area. It came out great! Rob worked so well with my contractor and was very flexible around his schedule. I found Rob from 2 of my neighbors who used him and I was not disappointed. I love my floors! They came out beautiful. Today R&D did our new wooden staircase..Rob is wonderful!!! This is our second time using him for a sanding and staining project and the second time that he did an impeccable job!! There was not a spec of dust on the staircase or surrounding area when it was time for him to leave. That means so much to us because we are allergy sufferers. We definitely recommend R& D Floor Sanding and would definitely use him again.
