Not only did they fix my water heater, but they repaired another half dozen problems with my plumbing that I had put off for the last year. Their work was fabulous, everything installed as I asked for, everything worked perfectly. Nice fellows with excellent personalities, I really felt that they were prioritizing my interests while they were here. The were neat, creative with their solutions, and the cleaned up after themselves when finished. I could not be happier about the work performed by Sampson Plumbing and Heating, especially that their prices were very reasonable as well. I’ve been living in my home since 2022, and I’ve had a persistent, frustrating issue where my outdoor hose water would never run cold—it was always lukewarm, even after running it for a long time. I’ve had multiple contractors over the years for various plumbing projects, and every single one of them dismissed my concerns, telling me it was just the sun heating the hose.
Yesterday, I had a pinhole leak in the main water line from the road, so I called GPS.
