He not only called to confirm his schedule the day before, he kept us updated the day of -- and was even early. The quality of his work is visible in the care he took of our home, and setting up our new softener to last decades. He left everything even better than he found it! The best part? I work from home and was in meetings all morning/afternoon, and I had no idea he was even here. He was quick, efficient, and didn't try to oversell by taking us to the cleaners. “Luke of Lakeside was fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him more. The heater in the bathroom had been leaking water for years and rotted out the whole floor(he didn’t do the original work). He laid out all the work that needed to be taken care of, gave us spot on solid estimates and came in right on budget, now extra BS. He worked fast and got the job done right and fixed all the bad work that had been done. Any work he couldn’t do he referred us to a great carpenter and they work super well together.I call him whenever there’s an issue, and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s a solid dude and enjoy working with him, two thumbs up.“
