Eric is reliable and does a great job. I needed to have a toilet repaired and he was honest that it could be repaired, but it might be cheaper and a better long-term solution to replace the toilet. He wasn't making a hard sell, just giving me options and I appreciated it.

While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our shower's water temperature. He looked at it, explained clearly what he thought it could be (two options) and kept me informed the whole time.

He did a great job, arrived when he said he would. When I forgot to call him to let him know that I got the toilet, he took the initiative to reach out to me.

I had a hot water heating pipe burst in my Attic crawl space. After shutting off all the heat and hot water to stop the leak and a snow storm just starting with temperatures dropping below zero I called Eric who came quickly during the nor’easter. He quickly found the problem, fixing the leak and made sure the boiler, pipes, heat and hot water were working before he left. I can’t say enough about his quality, expertise in quickly fixing the problem making sure I had heat to say in my house. I highly recommend him if anyone needs a plumber !

Not easy to find a quality, honest plumber who answers phone calls. Eric is all those things. He has been to my house many times, from installing new boiler to replacing water valve to fixing leaky faucets. Highly recommended!
