Instead of only swapping out the bad tank, Randall explained the option of a whole-house tankless water heater system, and that ended up being the best choice for our home. We had a serious sewer line problem that backed up into the toilet and caused water to bubble into the bathtub. After calling our insurance, we found out their usual plumbing contractor could not come until the next day, so they referred us to another plumber who was able to arrive within an hour. Kyle showed up on time and got started right away. He quickly figured out this was more than a simple toilet clog and took the time to fully inspect the drain and sewer line.
