Brian at Thoroughspect reached out to us right away. He set forth a plan to assess our 95-year-old house, checking all the vulnerable areas from attic to basement. One member of his team came out and inspected with camera. Brian offered an estimate based on those photos and a three-man team arrived to set traps, seal our house and reinspect.
