“The Bug Runner team came to perform their first service at my house for a large nest of yellow jackets. They were very clear in their explanation, respectful while on the property, timely and efficient - and very pleasant to interact with. Overall a great experience, and I'm glad I chose the yearly plan. I trust they will take care of whatever needs to be taken care of.”
“Fast and good service. We have a hornet nest in our backyard and they take care of it. ??”
“After discovering a bug problem at the house, finding a wealth of conflicting information online, and losing sleep for days I decided I needed to call in a professional. I asked my family and they all told me to contact Tom at Twin Boro. I talked to Tom, great guy, who gave me some solid advice and sent Bob the technician. Bob immediately put my mind at ease. He explained what the issue was, what he was doing as he was doing it, how the treatments worked, and what to expect. The man's a pest control genius. The whole appointment took less than an hour and I got my first full night's sleep in almost a week last night. I can't recommend these guys more highly. From now on if someone I know has a bug problem, I'm telling them to just call Tom at Twin Boro. Five Stars.”
