Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. “June 2, 2024: Michael from Port Chester, service 8-10pm service excellent, found the source of the leak, replaced the pump, quite detailed in his final checks and accomplished all in 2 hours as originally estimated.

Michael is an impressive individual as it relates to his skill set, but also his knowledge. Michael, unlike many others, loves his job and has a willingness to to work a full day.
