“A+++ service. I had a two month old coffee stain in a rug that I continuously made worse over my numerous attempts to clean. I used baking soda & vinegar, I used 409, I used a wet vac with bissel rug cleaner… it got browner and more matted with each attempt.I called ServiceMaster and they had their crew at my house two days later. I forget their names, but very nice guys. Instead of just cleaning the roughly 2’x2’ stain like I hoped, they did the entire 18’ rug. The entire rug now looks and feels brand new and the coffee stain is miraculously gone. I couldn’t be more pleased.Two before pics, one after.“

“A bit off the beaten path in terms of popular Long Island towns, but well worth the visit for a stellar hot chocolate! Inside is quiet and dark, but filled with handmade chocolates and coffeebeans galore. I picked up a dark chocolate Valentines bar and a small hot chocolate and service could not be sweeter (pun intended). The hot chocolate itself: delightful. Not too sweet, but rich and plenty of deep chocolate flavor throughout. The dark chocolate bar is super smooth with a bit of a fruity note. Overall, well worth the detour to check this place out!“

“Restoration operators were hired to remove the standing water in my home after a flood. We then used the same company as our contractors to rebuild the house. Cole was our representative for water restoration and he was amazing. He was on point with everything and not one complain about him. Jose SAMANIEGO was then hired as a the project manager and he was excellent as well. He was very informative about what had to be done and took me step by step on what will happen in the home. “I found Royal Red Carpet Cleaning on Google. I called and spoke with Raymond made an appointment with him for Wednesday 12/23/20. We began talking about an appointment I had booked Last week for today Monday 12/21/20 with another company that I called to confirm the appointment with the company and the individual who was supposed to be in my apartment between 2pm and 2:30pm. Which the individual who stated he owned the Cleaning carpet company last minute decided to text me and gave me a bunch of stories which quite frankly I didn't care to hear he was supposed to come to do a job and it was an appointment that was made a week ago and he never showed up never called I called spoke to him briefly on the phone and then he said he was coming and then decided that he couldn't come. So I decided to Google carpet cleaning companies because I needed my carpet cleaned before the holidays and I have been waiting for a very long time to have them cleaned I found Royal Red carpet Cleaning company on Google and I decided to give a call and spoke to Raymond who is the owner he stated of the company we began to talk about my situation and we booked the appointment as I stated earlier in the beginning of the conversation for Wednesday between noon and 1:00 p.m. or so. As we continue speaking he sounded very professional very nice person and I have asked him if he could come today he said he was busy and booked and he couldn't make it but he would come on Wednesday which was the 24th a day before Christmas so I got a little sad over that and I guess he kind of felt that and he was so kind and he said to me you know I just had a cancellation and I will be heading your way to clean your carpet today I should be in your house by 2:30 or so to clean your carpet I couldn't believe that he said that and that he actually showed up and did the job he cleaned my two bedrooms and he did it quickly and he did it extremely well it's very professional I would use this company again to clean my carpet and I would use Raymond to do it because I like the way he cleaned the carpet especially that I had a little bit of paint on it due to the fact that I had my rooms painted and he did the best he could to remove whatever he could of the paint. So I'm very happy with the job that he did and with Raymond who did it I would recommend this company to my friends and family ask for Raymond he's he's the man!!!“

“After hurricane Ida, my roof leaked a tremendous amount of water into the vacant 3rd floor unit of my apartment building. The damp drywall sat in the humid heat for weeks before I could air out the apt. By that time it was too late. You could smell the mold in the air. Testing confirmed it. I had new tenants in moving in and called The King. He was responsive via phone We negotiated a price and time. He came exactly when he said he wound and performed the controlled demo and mold removal from the studs as promised. Quick cleanup on the demo with his crew. Left the air cleaning machines for 4 days even longer than the 3 as agreed . He even adjusted the invoice after the fact to itemize per my insurance company’s request. The mold testing post-remediation came back significantly lower.He got the job done. Five f*cking stars. Bravo sir.I appreciated doing business with David. “For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.“
