“We were locked in and ABCO came to our rescue. So for 40 to 50 years I have had the same lock on my door: a good quality Medeco that had a key on the inside. Recently it had become hard to turn the key and I kept telling my husband it was time to buy a new one. We put it off but finally the key broke in the lock and we couldn't open it. The very reason that kind of lock is now illegal. If something goes wrong, you can get stuck inside. So I called ABCO the next morning and the guy came with an assortment of locks at various price points that would fit on our apartment door. I picked a new Medeco and within the hour we had a new lock. He came on time and was very nice and we felt comfortable with him. He even fixed our second lock that was loose at no charge.
