Called Rhodes to fix door locks that were not working correctly. Mitch answered and scheduled for same day, arrived as scheduled and fixed all the issues- including a warped door, missing faceplate and a need for extra keys. Mitch was honest, fair, he communicated well and was a pleasant guy to deal with. He fixed all the issues- will call again for future home security needs.
