“The best experience! It’s stressful to find a locksmith that’s trustworthy and won’t try to charge you an arm and a leg. The store had just closed and Bob was on his way home but he came anyway within 40 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. He installed the new deadbolt with a plate to cover ugly old holes and fixed the bottom handle lock that I installed incorrectly by myself without charging me extra (all while kindly teaching me what I did wrong). He was personable, neat, and more than reasonable with pricing. I would 100% use him again if I ever needed and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a locksmith.”
