Mitch was very fast and efficient he was in and out within 20 minutes. He even informed me about an error on my lock I had no idea about, but was still able to get the job done. He was friendly and professional, I definitely recommend his services.

Extremely knowledgeable and excellent workmanship. We had a piece missing from a very expensive lock set and he called the company himself to explain, and had them send him the piece to make sure it was correct instead of installing and us having problems later. Very punctual and a man of his word. Charged us a fair price for a smart lock and handle install on a thick iron door. Brusque, so not a great fit for those with a lot of questions or wanting to observe/watch the process.
