Mitchell was very knowledgeable and professional and arrived quickly to resolve my jammed entry door lock issue. He rebuilt and lubricated the mortise lock, works like new. Took a bit longer than expected, but he never gave up on the challenge. Mitchell held to his price estimate and didn't look to be compensated for the additional time. Thanks!

Mitchell was punctual, friendly, and patient. He explained what he was doing while he was removing the old lock from my front door and installing the Schlage Electronic Encode Smart Wifi lock with new handle.
